Disability gate broken

The Disabled gate had been completely removed. Due to this motor bikes and quadbikes are able to enter Whytell Pool and ride around causing problems. This has been broken for a while now and really needs to be fixed.

Inconsiderate parking by The Forge staff

Constant parking all inside waggestaff drive, along chaytor drive and Lilleburne drive by staff members of the forge. The estate is a nightmare when entering and leaving as cars cover all pavements on these places making it dangerous letting other cars pass as there is little space. Hi there, apparently the tarmac between King's fish bar and the Kingswood tavern is managed by the Council? It's full of some very deep potholes, and it's a very popular parking spot for the pub, shops, and I think there are apartments there too.
