Narrow footpath overgrown with vegetation

The narrow footpath leading up to the weddings railway walk has become overgrown due to no maintenance being carried out. Hawthorn and bramble are now at face height putting members of public in danger of injuring them selves. What are you the council going to do about it?

Overgrown foliage along with scaffolding pole in front of culvert.

There has been no maintenance either side of Changebrook for 2 years which has now resulted in dense foliage all along the brook and in front of the culvert. A scaffolding pole has fallen into the brook and another one placed across the brook is also at risk of falling into it.

Once again Im having to report the grass not being cut on either side of the tarmac footpath, last time the smaller section of grass was cut it was that long it left clumps of rotten grass for everyone to enjoy

Accident prone blind spot
5th June
Accident prone zone, a lot of vehicles fail to yield on the round about as they carry too much speed from straight coming from Atherstone. All Mira employees are concerned. I got my car written off last week in the same spot, air bags went off as well.
Traffic calming measures are necessary please.

Accident blackspot
3rd June
Accident as MIRA employee turned right in MIRA and a vehicle hit him coming up the A5 from Atherstone direction. Side airbags were activated on his vehicle. Second accident in two months that I know of.

Dog poo bags littering footpath- Callendar Farm Estate

Dog poo bags being left on footpath by dog walkers. Lots scattered along new footpath from Cantle Road to Gloucester Close on the new Callendar Farm estate. Borough Council need to install at least four poo bins as soon as possible, as this is a health hazard. This footpath is around 750 yards long.

Rats

Since the building work commencing nearby on Lower farm, the St James Gate estate has been overrun by rats. Constantly seeing them around the estate. There is no masses of overflowing rubbish attracting them to here they are coming here because they are being unsettled from their previous nesting sites.

Danger for kids playing footbal

The is an old football post base that sticks out of the ground by the goal posts near the playground for older children.
It sticks out and is exactly where those playing football could fall.
I have reported this several times with no action being taken. If someone gets hurt, the council will be accountable

Car parking on path
23rd May
This car parks here all day everyday and on the school run we are forced in to the road as you can see in the pictures. At school drop of and pick up times it is very hetic and chaotic and when you have vehicles comeing both directions and we cannot use the path and are forced onto the road its very dangerous. There have been several near misses as cars dont seem to stop or want to let you round. We have spoken to Halfords who have said its nothing to do with them and the traffic wardens who look after the road are also familiar with this car and have noted themselves near misses but because the car has a blue badge they cannot ticket it for 3 hours. There are double yellow lines there for a reason and the face they are blocking a public path with. I regard for public safety is very frustrating! Please see the pictures to see how we have to walk. Its also next to a police station.

Grass not been cut again
21st May
Section of grass on right hand side at coronation walk has not been cut for over two weeks. If my dogs goes the toilet on that side its hard to pick up their dog mess when in long grass.

Branches are sprouting form the base of the trees on the grass verge on Old Hinckley Road. They are now so bad that the view for drivers exiting the Chestnuts club is completely obscured from drivers view.
