Tower road inconsiderate parking

Inconsiderate parking
A white corsa has been parked since last night in Tower road, Ely, CB7 4XS. Tower road is a narrow road which is the access to Tower court. The vehicle is parked in the road away from the kerb and it is difficult for vehicles to pass without driving up an overgrown verge which is at the fenced off area belonging to Anglian water. The verge is overgrown with shrubbery and this is scratching your vehicles paint work. There are empty parking spaces by the houses in tower road (by the funeral parlour) and plenty of visitors spaces at tower court (tower court has a sign up for private access). I have asked that a photo is put up on local spotted in ely website but it has not been. Delivery vehicles cannot access tower court and it would be difficult for emergency vehicles to do the same because of this inconsiderate parking. This parking of typical of what we experience when there are big events town such as the Christmas fair. This narrow road should have double yellow lines.

dangerous for pedestrian crossings
Hedges and multiple trees planted on the Witchford x A10 (52.3918247, 0.2429800) roundabout island obstructs 180 view used for safe pedestrian crossings. No visibility for opposite oncoming traffic. Pedestrians are forced to leave the safety of the crossing, to go onto the road to check for upcoming traffic. Issue has been present for over a year. Very dangerous, especially in the event of speeding cars.

Urgent danger to historic
iconic and legendary oak tree
The historic and iconic Hereward Oak, which stands at the edge of a nightingale breeding ground patch of undergrowth, as well as protected reed beds where bitterns nest annually, and marks the start of the Hereward Way, is the tree around which, according to legend, Hereward the Wake's followers gathered in their assaults upon the Norman invaders of the Isle of Ely. It is undeniably ancient, and still serves that purpose to walkers of the surrounding SSSIs. Unaccountably, it has no TPO on it. It is in serious and present danger from Network Rail's proposed works to the Kiln Lane pedestrian and vehicular crossing of the railway track.
