Overgrown trees outside Hayes Library

The very large tree at the entrance to Hayes Library needs some drastic pruning. The foliage overhangs about a 10 metre stretch of pavement, making it impossible for pedestrians to get past without either ducking very low or walking out into the street. All the trees need some pruning in that area but the big one is the worst.
