There is a group of 3 houses next to the top end of Elm Grove primary school playground on Elm Grove .( BN2 3DB ) .For many months now the area outside these houses ( numbers 131/132/133) have been bins over filled and rubbish all along the street.beds/ old furniture kids broken prams , all mixed with the rubbish and seagulls and rats pulling everything out of the bins .I have seen a large rat there on 2 occasions

Overflowing bins
10th June
Communal bins at Marlow Court havent been collected for weeks. Issue has been reported to the council website to no avail, and it says missed collection for a while now. The bins have scattered due to birds swarming and pecking at the bins. Parking spaces are now covered in rubbish.

Daily illegal parking
10th June
This car has been parking illegally in front of our house and blocking access needed for prams.
They got a PCN yesterday which they have on display today, in hopes of not getting a second one I assume.
This is a recurring problem with different cars. We get people parking in this spot every day and with no deterrent it will continue to happen. Thanks.

Rubbish not collected for two weeks

Rubbish collection was missed last week which means the bins are full of almost two weeks worth of rubbish. This is a recurring problem, rubbish collections on middle road are often missed. This is the second time this happens in the last 6 weeks.
The longest time was 3 weeks of no rubbish collections which was u bearable as the street smelled awful and the foxes and seagulls
