Fly tipping
13th July
I would just like to ask why nothing is being done or why does it take so long to get something done. I would not like to blame anyone but someone needs to please do something. We have had extremely worm weather and all this rubbish is not being sorted. I have messaged yourselves and my local council and still the rubbish is there. We are the ones that are having to put up with any smell and all the flies.. Please can we have this issue sorted..

Refuse in back alley.
29th June
Good evening, I was wondering are bins allowed to be left out all the time now..? As in this back alley they are always out.. This attracts flies and vermin and also looks untidy. So could you please let me know if they can be left out, as this would be better for my back yard if I no longer have to keep them in..
Kind regards..

Waste bags
furniture
There's fly tipped bags and furniture over the wall from the top of Henry Street, Hyndburn BB5 5EA on to the M65 Motorway Embankment. This seems to be a regular occurrence. Furthermore along the westbound and eastbound sections between Junctions 7 and 8 there's often waste from Whinney Hill Landfill operated by Suez Recycling and Recovery UK, including dead gulls recently. Quite often there's big sheets of plastic and landfill liner blowing about.
