Hi I think number 22 uplands road is missing a rubbish bin maybe stolen or misplaced but the rubbish needs to be disposed of also the recycling is full of rubbish and needs disposing of its causing a influx of rats mice and other vermin pissing in bottles and leaving it outside the house from the looks of it also this property is being run as a HMO also and I dont think its regulated in the correct way please can you inform Birmingham cc and have this looked in to please and have the rubbish removed also please thanks
