Fly Tipping - Cinder Blocks dumped on road verge.
There has been previous incidents of fly tipping in this exact location before that I have reported. Additionally 300 metres to the west there has been two separately reported incidents (windows and carpet underlay). I suspect the same person. Can you please also get some liaison going with the police and get some discrete cameras or similar put up to finally catch this obviously the same person fly tipping at these locations.

Fly tipping - 2x Wooden windows and glass on verge, 26th December
Fly tipping - 2x Wooden windows and glass (some broken) on road verge. Please remove. I suggest there may be a problem with the same person bearing in mind the separately reported incident of carpet underlay in the ditch approx 20 metres away to the west across the junction! There has been other incidents over the recent years in the same vicinity! How about some discrete cameras, liaison with the police etc!

Himalayan Balsam, 1st July
Various strands of Himalayan Balsam at this location on the road verge and also now into the watercourse. Extends from junc westwards on the north side of the road with intermittent strands for approx 40 metres along road verge and also onto southern side of the road approx 30 metres further west and into watercourse. Please note this has been reported every year for approx 5 years to yourselves. No apparent control measures applied means that it has spread further than first reported and again further every year! No control measures applied/ignoring the issue does not effectively manage the spread of this invasive plant that requires management legally under Wildlife and countryside act 1981!

Multiple potholes at the edges of the road and lots of surface contaimination of mud at this junction causing a hazard to cyclists, walkers, motorcyclists. The 'drain' cut into the verge to drain the standing water away from this location is higher than the road surface so is ineffective.

Large Pothole, 10th April
No photos as yet! Large Pothole, more like a trench with 3x traffic cones in it, problem is it is full of water so nobody knows how deep it is until you have to drive through them when another vehicle comes the other way! This whole section of road for 50 metres westwards from this point has other location where there are potholes. In addition the drainage for this section of road is appalling leading to the damage in the first place. The poor drainage and hence standing water, passage of agricultural vehicles and a bus every hour in each direction makes the problem worse.A full survey and suitable mitigations for this section of road is required.

Flytipping in drainage ditch, 17th November
Flytipping in drainage ditch. This was previously reported some time ago (in the summer). Since then the site has been visited by someone from officialdom and has positioned 'crime scene' tape onto one of the fence panels. The original flytipping materials are still in the ditch (2x fence panels, approx 9x bags of rubble). The whole point of reporting the flytipping is to get it removed from the watercourse so it does not damage the environment or block the watercourse. Merely placing crime scene tape on the flytipping itself does not remove it from the location and is futile. Please get the flytipped materials removed as that ac tually stops contamination from occurring!
