Temporary traffic lights, 11th May
There is a set of temporary traffic lights, which have been set up on the road from West Lilling to Flaxton for some weeks. Every time I come to them on my bike they are stuck on Red in both directions, they never turn to green. They could be faulty just to make you aware of the problem.

Hello
I would like to report a problem with potholes.
There is a very bad area of potholes just beyond the cattle grid between Strensall and Flaxton at grid ref 660 617.
This is on the route of the British Heart Foundations Heart of York bike ride that takes place on Sunday 6th Sept. Aprrox. 300 riders take place in this bike ride and it would be greatly appreciated if the potholes could be dealt with before that date

Road surface breaking down, 24th July
Traveling from Flaxton to Strensall on York road is dangerous. The York bound carrigeways is breaking down and put of pot holes for an approx one mile stretch and I often encouter cars on the wrong side of the road trying to avoid the holes.

Unofficial signs attached to road signs, 17th November
There are two unofficial signs attached to the proper signs on the eastbound A64. They are advertising the diner on the site of the former Little chef. I know businesses have to do all they can in this climate but piggybacking official road signs is not acceptable.
