Pothole approx 1000mm x 200mm and 100mm in depth. Located on the South bound A19 Selby road, approximately 100m from the A64 slip road junction / roundabout., 25th February
This pothole has caused damage to my vehicles rear suspension. The condition of the pothole suggests it has been there for a considerable time and is eroding the surrounding tarmac. The size and depth will cause more damage to vehicles and could be especially hazardous to motorcycles or cyclists.

Constant loud beeping at Hospital Fields Road & Fulford Road, 27th January
They “fixed” the 4 crossings at Fulford Road & Hospital Fields Road intersection a couple days ago. Now the beeping is constant and loud. They’re right outside my windows and they’re just as loud when I have my windows closed. With spring coming, I’ll leave the windows open more and it will be worse. Please lower their volume and restrict the beeping during certain hours. All 4 of them going off is just too much.

Unclear road markings, 24th January
A64 West bound from Fulford Interchange heading towards Leeds very unclear road markings white paint or both slip road entrances and the dual carriageway centre lane lines. This stretches all the way on and off upto the A162 bridge near Tadcaster. Now this has been like this for way over 8 months now and in some areas it can be very dangerous were the banked bends are just before the A659 slip road towards Tadcaster.
Hopefully this stretch can be repainted soon.

Tree half falling down, risk to road, 16th January
Very tall Tree has split and is hanging off the stump high up, if it breaks off in the wind it will be straight onto the road and possibly onto a vehicle or pedestrian.

Light No. 69 OUT!! Still, 10th January
Light No. 69 in Bishopthorpe Road by One Global College access has been broken for 6 months now - has been reported several times but nothing has been done. In addition the light by the entrance to Bustardthorpe allotments is also out now - so maybe they can both be fixed!

Temporary Traffic Lights are Stuck on Red, 7th September
The lights are not changing causing traffic buildup in both directions round a blind bend. This is a safety issue as people are ignoring the signal.

On the a64 over the river ouse drains are blocked, 4th September
The drains on both sides of the road are completly over grown with vegetation and drains could be blocked, if a garden centre were looking after these they would be proud of them

Fire remains and litter, 14th June
While the weather's been good there have been repeated fires at this spot (what three words ///native.zones.fled) with more and more litter being left. The remains are dangerous for people, wildlife and pets. There was a can that had been cut open around the middle and left open forming a sharp trap.
