A64 / A169 Roundabout Road Markings, 25th May
Before you re did the roundabout The Left hand lane A169 A64 was a Left turn and straight on. Traffic flowed easily. Now it is left to Scarborough only, which means traffic to Malton or Down the A64 towards York now tailback. Same applies coming out of Malton. What a ridiculous backwards step can common sense prevail and change the markings back to how they were then we won't have tailbacks. and then Fire the person who designed this traffic scheme. Jeremy

Very rough, noisy road surface, 1st March
When the dual carriageway Malton Bypass (A64) was resurfaced last year, one section of very rough surface was left in its previous state. It is very bumpy and noisy to drive over, with bare patches where the top layer of tarmac has come off.
It is on the westbound carriageway (heading towards York), between the A169 junction and the signs warning that two lanes merge into one lane.

Potholes , 31st December
The whole length of the A169 from Malton to Pickering is littered with potholes, some of are deep and require immediate attention. I urge the council to come and survey the whole stretch of road to get to full extent of the ever growing pothole problem.
