ISSUE: Op Culture
ACTION: We are undertaking regular patrols to engage with offenders. We are updating our processes to ensure a timely diversion is in place for substance misuse service referrals.
Civil powers such as Community Protection Notices and Injunctions are being used to enforce upon repeat offenders.
We are engaging with businesses to ensure that the licensing act is complied with.
We are also encouraging reporting of all incidents to assist with prosecutions.

ACTION: There is on-going work between the Community Safety Hub and the Anti-Theft Group.
