Inconsiderate parking blocking access to all residents, 28th November
The residents of Wedgberrow Close are constantly battling to gain access to our road, down to inconsiderate people parking when visiting the Spa Dental Practice and visiting other residents. We have many elderly residents needing constant medical attention (ambulances, Doctors, district nurses etc) god forbid we should ever need fire engines. The road is that congested now, cars are parking on pavements blocking foot traffic resulting in children walking in the road. Vehicles parking on bend which is an accident waiting to happen. We need double yellow lines and enforcement.

One house has 7 car taking up mean road, 11th May
One man has got seven cars while on the benefits and buys and sell them and work on them at the top of pagewell Hill. it is tight for parking as it is but has gotten to be a joke the problem has been reported many times but it only get worse and now poeple are have to park on grass and on paths due to one person keeping a minimum of 7 car at a time two have been abandoned for over a year now

Sunken manhole cover, 10th November
This could be described as a pothole. It is a drain cover or similar that is in the natural nearside tyre track of vehicles turning into Addyes Way. If you swerve to avoid it you are in the path of oncoming traffic. Probably caused by the excess of heavy vehicles in the last 6 years due to construction diversions to/from Yew Tree Hill.
