M5 J7-8 street lighting out, 23rd February
A vast swath of the street lighting on the M5 j7-8 is completely out which considering it's a busy stretch is dangerous. When will these lights be turned back on please? Thanks

Kerb stone has broken allowing road water to enter our driveway causin serious flooding. I have sent photos to mobile number 07894598825 but had no response., 4th April
The drop kerb stone has broken allowing road water to come into our driveway causing serious problems . A lady from the highways department visited but could not find our house despite giving her a post code, I have spoken to her again but have not received a reply which I think is very poor. Road gully drainage ditch, 26th September
My property bounds onto the A38 immediately adjacent to the Bluebell Inn, Ryall. I own the hedge that shields my house from the main road. Between the hedge and the main road is a ditch that takes the water from 5 road gullies. The ditch makes it very difficult for me, at 74 years of age, to cut the roadside face of the hedge and each year I have to pay a contractor between £200 - £300 to cut the hedge. If the Council were to lay pipes in the ditch and backfill it to the same level as the grass verge it would be quite easy to mow the widened verge.

Dangerous and repeated obstruction of a public highway, 10th July
Short and long term vehicular parking on The Beeches, day and night, immediately outside Beechwoood Care Home and its unlit junction with the The Ryall Road; by its staff, visitors, service and delivery vehicles. Forcing other moving traffic coming from both directions to contest the single carriageway left available to them. On a 90° corner and/or a 90° bend. Also causing obstruction to emergency vehicles trying to access the Home and Fire Brigade vehicles needing to access the fire hydrant in that location, as well as obstructing access to domestic properties by close residents, their visitors, deliveries and emergency services.

Signs pointing wrong way, 30th January
Some signs on this pole have been turned round. Evel Knievel sign points out of the village, but correspodning "except for access" points inwards ! Into the vilage, a motorist sees both 50mph and 30mph signs ! I tried turning invididual signs round but too tight. Turning the whole pole round still wouldn't make signs right.
