Pothole, 19th May
Pothole is right on the entrance to the street so is it hit by every car and also right in the line of cornering for motorcyclists. It is around 15cm wide and growing.

Blocking the pavement so unable to get buggie past., 13th September
This car is always fully blocking the pavement, so when pushing my son in his buggy I have to go in the road to get round the car. This is quite danagerous as this is a new estate and there are construction traffic going up and down the road, The vehicle is parked in Suffolk way, but believe the owner lives in the first house in Portland Close.

Tree preservation order application, 17th July
Garden trees have been felled along Kennels lane over recent years, and the largest maple was felled a few weeks ago. The green character is dissapearing. The cul de sac in Kennels lane is still characterised by six street trees. This makes for a beautiful, gree and pleasant safe green space which children play around. Some are fabulous, especially the large whitebeams and hornbeams. The tree cotoneaster flowers and fruits well. The whitebeam flowers and fruits. Much wildlife has been seen using them including little and tawny owl, sparrow hawk, starlings, house sparrow as well as bats feeding around and maybe roosting. The smaller trees are valued by wildlife, especially the one that has other shrubs growing around it. One is weak and will nerd replacing at some point. A Tree Preservation order will ensure they are cherished and in a worse case scenario replaced. The people managing the verge have pollarded and crown raised some.

Blocked drains, 14th December
Two of the drains on the North side of the railway bridge are blocked, The huge puddle is the same depth as the pavement and very wide and long, resulting in pedestrians getting splashed (This happened to me this morning, 14-12-2019)

Hedge is blocking pavement, 17th August
The hedge at the top of Post Office Lane in Fernhill Heath (outside Pear Tree Cottage) is overgrown and has engulfed the pavement. This is causing problems for pedestrians, in particular for parents taking children to the school opposite, because they have to step into the road to see if cars are coming as the hedge blocks their view.
