Vehicles Consistently Speeding, 24th September

Highway Maintenance Van BF71 FCA Honking Horn at Women, 6th September
On Tuesday 15th August at 18:15, Highway Maintenance van BF71 FCA honked at me twice while passing by, as I was walking on Histons Hill in Codsall (52.624707, -2.195786).
There was no justifiable reason to honk. This was simply a sexist and invasive act. Does National Highways find this behaviour acceptable?

When exiting the petrol station onto duck lane, the planting is too high and significantly obstructing the view of approaching traffic from the island, an accident waiting to happen.

Street sign wrong position, 15th April
Property and 3 others were built 5 years ago on an old peace of land. A new street sign was placed at the entrance to the new road but where its positioned it can be easily missed by people approaching. The sign needs to be moved or an addional sign needs adding so the street is more visible to people. Police, delivery drivers and hospital transport have not been able to find my address, and even giving people directions is not the easiest, thanks for any assistance
