Noise pollution from rocking/faulty drain cover on Mill Lane right next to Dippons Mill, 27th February
This drain cover makes a massive thump every time a car drives over it. It started in early January and is getting worse as several thousand cars strike the drain cover twice (front and back wheels) every day when passing this point on Mill Lane. Cars travelling in both directions hit the cover as it is located near a speed hump which channels the cars to strike the drain cover as they aim to pass the hump. This load noise occurs all day and all night and is driving us crazy, please help!

Doocey van obstructs buses, 28th June
A Doocey van parks on the pavement at the T of the junction. This limits room for scheduled buses to turn safely causing them to drive over the drop kerb which is severely damaged as a direct resultof this inconsiderate motorist. One of these days a bus trying to avoid collision with the 2 vehicles regularly parked after hours and weekends in contravention of traffic act parking regulations is going to result in either a life changing or life threatening accident with a pedestrian. This issue has been a major complaint among the bus and coach drivers for Let'sGo!, National Express West Midlands, and private hire coach drivers.
The entire T junction and 15m beyond need to be painted with double red lines

The entire road needs to be rebuilt. The resurfaced surface is missing in places, the substrate is showing through in others, there is subsidence in places causing substantial unevenness. Buses are constantly running on this road which means it needs to be strengthened far more than normal housing estate roads.
