Three Potholes, 23rd April
Potholes on the surface, one outside Cherilyn has been repaired but has now started to open up again, has already gone through surfaces of the road when the road sweeper came past. When it rains cars hit it and the water goes I. To the air with force, I was waiting to cross the road and the water went into my eyes. There is quite a number of holes on the section of road.

Fly tipping are d Orchard Street, 16th April
Large amount of fly tipping. In ally way between Coronation Street and Orchard Street. Includes mattresses, fridge freezer and other misc items. It is a large fire hazard and pest hazard.

Even side of Orchard street. Over flowing bins, fly tipping.

New pothole just opposite, 12th April
This is a new pothole just above the white farmhouse that has since appeared and is now getting longer and deeper due to the adverse weather conditions and road usage, could this please be added to the other potholes that have been reported to be rectified at the same time, to save on cost and time.

Damaged toddlers swing, 7th April
One of the toddlers swings has been left with a snapped metal cable since before Christmas. Children are still able to use the swing in this condition as it hasn't been removed until the repair can be completed. If a parent or child did not realise the swing is damaged they could be seriously injured if they fell out.

Manhole cover loose near Butchers in Road disrupting Sleep and a Danger should this collapse or come out., 5th April
For the last few weeks, this manhole cover on the road near the butchers has been waking me up and disrupting my sleep pattern you have a duty of care and are not fulfilling it, please fix this manhole cover now, someone could be injured should this collapse or come out of the drain it is covering. Clang Clang is not pleasant and it can be heard at least a hundred yards away.

Side of road eroding away into deep ditch, 4th April
The side of the road has eroded away leaving a vertical drop of approximately 600mm into a ditch. If a car did drive too close to the edge it would easily fall down to its axle and probably break off more of the road into the ditch

Excessive damage on carriageway and footpath, 30th March
In January and in March I reported problems with potholes and surface damage to the right hand bend opposite numbers 37 and 38 Vicarage Lane. Since that time no action has been taken to repair the surfaces and they have now become extremely dangerous both to vehicles and pedestrians. There are disabled and older people living in this area and it would only take one of them to have an accident due to the state of the surface and the council would be facing a large compensation bill. Because no action has been taken previously and the refuse lorries are continuing to use the corner the area has broken down even more as I stated would happen if a really good repair was made to the whole corner.
