Footbridge "cable" supports, 9th May
Walking across today it was quite easy to set up a vibration in the bridge. That in itself is not unusual in a suspension system but it is visually clear that one suspension tie is slack and the other taught and this is repeated at the other side. So bridge is technically hanging on two ties not 4. A simple job of adjusting the tensions on the strainers but feel it should be done with some urgency.

General deterioration of surface, 8th May
Since we moved in 18 months ago the surface has deteriorated. If left much longer it may pose a health & safety hazard for the mainly elderly population in this area. Several other areas of the footway on Lodge lane would benefit from some maintenance.

Missing Paving Blocks on Pavement, 8th May
There are two missing paving blocks outside the window of Gadsbys of Bridgnorth jewellers, as well as a raised bit of concrete. They have slowly worked loose one by one so i think the ones around it may too soon. It is a massive trip hazard, especially as we have a busy window of people looking in and are located by two pubs. Loose paving blocks are also a risk to our business right by a high value window display.

The street Signage opposite the one on this photo is facing the wrong way so that it cant be seen by anyone accessing cartway . I am a police community support officer for Westmercia Police and we are trying to deal with issues around vehicular access on this road which has a TRO in place , Unsure how long this sign has been like this . 30 cm long and 12 cm deep pothole - damaged car., 7th May
Customer called to report a large pothole - exact spot may not be correct due to customer being on the phone. Customer hit the pothole on the 29.04.24 - could not get into the tyre centre until 1.5.24. Needed to replace the tyre.

A litter picker has removed unsightly waste from the river bed and placed by the council bin for easy collection but bin men are ignoring it
