I see someone else reported this over a year ago, but nothing has been done to repair the road since then.
The surface is actively disintegrating and is dangerous.
I'm amazed that major trunk roads are neglected like this. The repair costs will just keep rising as the sub layers will fail next.

Cluster of potholes around the island, 3rd April
Large number of potholes, circa 20+ that are down to the sub base in parts. Drivers are having to swerve around these to prevent tyre damage. This has been ongoing since at least May 2023.

Multiple massive potholes, 27th March
Several potholes, atleast 3 feet wide each across both lanes of the exit junction making it impossible to avoid them. Within the potholes are further holes that are atleast 6 inches deep. Caused a burst tyre and a recovery vehicle.

Blocked drain, flood water, 2nd January
Storm Water is not being taken away by the storm drain, and there is a large pool that covers the first lane of the dual-carriageway, lay-by, and the pavement in front of my house, New Buildings, Stafford Road, Coven Heath, WV10 7HF. The traffic is causing a wave of water to splash up the front of our houses, and is coming in through my front door. I have air-bricks below pavement level into the cellar area, and it is at risk of being flooded. I need about 6 sandbags to protect my property from immediate flooding. Rain is forecast all day. The drains are not taking the water away as quickly as it needs to. Please treat as urgent. This has been happening from 8am, and is now 11.10am. This has been occurring in heavy rainfall events over recent years. It is an ongoing issue. I just need sandbags to protect my property. I can provide photographs.

Persistent flooding of carriageway and footway, 10th January
The lay-by and and lane 1 of the dual carriageway and the adjacent footway is continually flooding . This is not a new problem and has manifested itself whenever there is prolonged or persistent rain. Traffic ,unaware of the flood approaches at high speed ,throwing a wash of water directly onto the front of my property causing water ingress via front door into my property

The large rubble sack has previously been reported to WCC by my wife, the other 6 bags of insulation dumped within the last 2-3 days. This grassed area that is frequently used by the same cretin is council land, my boundary line is the centre line of the holly hedge. Council workers seen standing talking and smoking at the bottom of Moseley Rd with refuse/rubbish collecting vehicle, they obviously couldn't be bothered to collect this from the rear of my property. Please remove before i am unable to use my back gate to strim the overgrown grass.
