Blue bin abd 2 green across road has been out for 3 weeks now abd now theres flytipping, 21st July
I reported the blue bin and the other two green bins a week ago when it was brown bin day. Nothing was done i sent z photo blue bin was moved across the road becsuse it was blue and green bins wednesday19th they were not emptied and they are all still there. People are adding rubbish a large sheet of cardboard a big old empty plant pot what is going to be done about these please its an eyesore vermin attraction and rubbish keeps appearing ? Its disgusting.

Safety mesh removed from railings, 18th May
Directly over Poolstock Lane, the mesh which was attached to railing on Westwood Way has been removed. A child or animal could easily fall through onto road below.

Almond grove is one wsy entry only people in danger as drivers exit fast and dangerously, 30th April
The do not exit signs on this road arenit clear eniugh ! and the signs bent kids and drunken adults turn them round ,it an entry only Road and on a dayley basis car and vans speed out of here even the police. Its a serious accident waiting to happen childeren play here, drivers often just come this way too urinate up the wall or gates beside my house no 2 . THIS IS NOT RIGHT !!

This sign is a no exit its damaged again, 14th November
Almond grove is an entry only street no exit the signs at entry point have been tampered with and the sign in the picture is constantly vandalised and turned around people dont take any notice of these rules . Its a serious traffic accident waiting to happen childeren play in the street all the time and the speed they exit is lethal. It needs traffic cameras at the entry to Almond Grove then you can see whats happening. Between that no entry sign and opening to Almond grove they should put single yellow lines to stop parking up people will see then its a no exit road and stop speeding out . A child wi get hurt or cars will collide. Please please can this be sorted out the council sent someone a few months back to repair sign its the same again they also put street marking on the road . Can you help ..This issue is ongoing as long as we have lived here over 40 years weve complained many times too council. The exact locacation from the red no entry sign is 1,2,4 Almond Grove Worsley Hall Wigan WN5 9PE to end of road which comes out on Ormskirk Rd Wigan shop to the right and residence to left .

Car completely blocking footpath, 23rd June
This car was completely blocking the footpath so you had to walk up on to someone's garden to get past it

This has been an issue for over 10 years this hole keeps appearing the council has been once about three years ago filled it in now it has collapsed again we are supposed to move our bins safely up and down here it’s a death trap

Damaged pavements & curbs, 2nd December
The small section of Hardy st off Park Rd, Wigan. Paving flags are cracked damaged and lifting, curbs are lifting missing or overturned. It has been like this for over 5 years. Wigan Council accept no responsibility for the road or pavement.

Houses Shaking When Busses go past, 12th May
Hi, I have had this issue for a few years, but recently the house shakes more violently when a bus/large vehicle goes down scot lane in either direction. it used to be a small shake but now the doors rattle and floor vibrates a lot.

Grid full with debris, 13th August
The grid outside my house is full with debris and when it rained yesterday a number of houses were flooded as the water couldn't drain quick enough. The grid needs to be cleared out or this may happen again

Parking of multiple cars trucks causing a hazard, 12th July
Billinge road has multiple cars parked on the road from a garage and a resident who has multiple tow trucks. Causing the traffic to bottle neck. Dangerous for people attempting to cross the roads and is an obstruction on walk ways. Residents who live on street are finding it difficult to find space to park

Multiple cars parked from a business on street, 11th July
Tow trucks and multiple cars parked along residential street from a single resident and a car garage business on Billinge road,Wigan,WN5 9JN This causing the road to bottleneck to passing traffic, due to obstruction and dangerous for children attempting to cross roads from inbetween these cars. An obstruction for residents on walkways.

Defective no entry and one way signs, 11th May
The no entry signs at Ryde st just cypress road, WN5 and Almond Grove and Cypress road are not illuminated and as there is only 1 no entry sign it is not visible at night, also due to parking at times the signs are obsecured from view and today I had a near miss as I was travelling from Ormskirk road turned into ryde st to be confronted by a vehicle coming the wrong way, this was due to the sign being obstructed and there are 1 way signs also pointing the wrong direction so it looks as if the road is one way in the wrong direction.
