A571 numerous potholes from Ashgrove Crescent towards Wigan, 31st March
Main Street Billinge A571 towards Wigan There are a number of potholes that cannot be avoided. To miss one car must be driven nearer to pavement but almost immediately there is a pothole on that side too. It does not end there either. Continuing onwards are more potholes.

Parking on a junction, 28th November
Driving from Main Street into Gorsey Brow, access is limited due to double parking. Hard enough usually with just 1 usual car parked there let alone 2. Had to reverse back out onto main street to get into this road. Not the first time. Parked cars are often there which is very dangerous for cars coming off the estate and trying to get on.

Lots of Japanese Knotweed in Lime Vale Road, at the bottom, near the sewage works. Well established., 25th May
Highly invasive plant that needs to be destroyed by the council. I have also reported it seen on Birchley Road and on Moss Bank Road (Birchley end).

As you turn from A571 onto B5205 Rainford Road there are 2 large potholes. I first noticed this about 2 weeks ago.

Dangerous parking, 7th December
This can obstructed me while pushing my 5 month old son. As you can see there was no driver to be seen, I had no choice but to walk into the main road to get past the van. which resulted in me and my son nearly being wiped out by a car. I contacted the company, they did not even apologise and just stated it would not have been done on purpose. Regardless of that, me and my son was nearly killed today! I’m not looking for compensation but I would like something done about this. As I’m getting fed up of putting me and my son in danger because of lazy drivers

Grid blocked causing major flooding whenever heavy rain comes down, 28th June
Whenever there is any heavy rain, this runs into the dip in front of our house and the drains (Which are positioned ideally) are not handling the deluge. Please can we have the drains cleared out. This is happening on a reoccurring basis and floods the road, paving and our front gardens

Loads of bagged dog muck, 29th March
A small steel pipe(?) has been filed with bags of dog waste. It's now overflowing. I'm sure it's not meant for dog waste but there you go. Maybe a real dog waste bin should be installed in the vacinity.

Numerous potholes hidden by rainwater. Road surface is so bad that these cannot be avoided not even by driving on the other side of the road., 19th December
This road has been very poor for at least 12 months. Please attend to this as soon as possible as the winter frosts can only make it worse.

Car for sale on regular basis, 12th September
There is someone using the small junction joining Birchley Road and Coronation Walk selling cars on a very regular, if not permanent basis. It is causing a dangerous scenario where it is blocking the junction down to one lane and could cause an accident. The area has been used multiple times over the last 4 months and is currently in use. I suggest painting some double yellows on the road. I have reported this issue once before when the individual was using the grass verge I believe it is the same person.

Excess speeding up Crank Road., 9th July
The road is a race track vehicles speed , some up to 60mph. Only a matter of time before someone is killed, Is it possible to put signs up (as in Park Road) eg SPEED KILLS ,SLOW DOWN, or reduce speed limit. camera signs.? I speak for the residents of Crank Road, we have had enough of noise and speeding, can anything be done? Thank you,
