I am writing to you from the Estates department at Ericsson on behalf of MBNL - (Three (Hutchinson 3G) and EE (Orange and T-Mobile)). We manage the telecom equipment site access on network faults.

M6/M58 Orrell interchange backing up, 7th March
Poor traffic management systems and inadequate road layout for the volume of traffic, combined with the ongoing M6 J21a-J26 project results in constant backing up for a mile into lane 1 of the M6 southbound. It can add on 15 mins between joining the queue and getting off the interchange into Orrell/Pemberton.

Numerous Potholes, 11th January
Numerous potholes from Junction 21A northwards, especially in second lane. Particularly concentrated around Wigan Junction. Tend to be elongated in shape and affects stability of the vehicle when caught in one, sending you off course on these tight lanes. Probable damage to at least two driver side tyres since the beginning of January (slow punctures at the moment).
