Road junction safety concern., 15th April
Sure, I can help you with that! Here's a sample report:
Subject: Road Junction Safety Concern
Dear to whom it may concern.
I am writing to bring to your attention a safety concern regarding the road junction outside my house.
The issue arises when cars enter the slip road off the main road. Instead of approaching on the correct side of the road, some drivers mistakenly come in on the wrong side in an attempt to make a sharp right turn. This results in them facing my and my dad's parked cars, forcing them to reverse back onto the main road to avoid a collision. This maneuver is extremely dangerous and puts both drivers and pedestrians at risk.
I kindly request that you assess the junction and consider implementing measures to address this issue. One possible solution could be to improve the signage and road markings, providing clearer guidance for drivers entering the slip road. By doing so, drivers would be encouraged to approach the junction on the correct side of the road, allowing for a wider swing when making the turn and avoiding any dangerous situations.
Ensuring the safety of road users is of utmost importance, and I believe that taking action to address this problem will greatly contribute to the overall well-being of the community.
Also, cars entering and exiting the Arsenal training ground also drive out into the middle or incorrect side, making it difficult for other cars to come in. Clear signage and road markings need to be implemented.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further information, photos or videos.
Sincerely, Dennis Cranswick.

Vans parking on double yellow lines, blocking larger lorries from manouvering, 6th October
This has been happening for over 4 years. 'Phoenix' and 'Nu Care' Vans are parking on double yellow lines in the Parkbury industrial estate. Trucks making deliveries frequently have to ask their company to move their vans so they can make the turns which in the meantime causes chaos. The vans are parking on double yellows all around the industrial estate, causing delivery disruptions, congestion and even my own PARKED car has been reversed into by their careless driving. They park on double yellow lines all day every day, they are always there and nothing ever happens.
