Weight limit and road narrows signs are too inconspicuous and need cleaning. I encountered a full size coach using this lane as a short cut! Traffic for Burtons Lane closures is diverted into it. It also shows on Google Maps as a route to Chalfont St Giles.

Litter and/or flytipping including half buried bin bags, 11th April
There are large amounts of litter including half buried bin bags along the exit slip from M25 J18 at Chorleywood (from the anticlockwise carriageway). Clearly this area has not been litter picked for a long time given the half buried nature of some of the litter and flytipping

A large, wide pothole has formed on the slip road to join the M25 clockwise at J17, this is very close to lane 1, but means you have to swerve left to avoid it, before then having to go back left to try and join the motorway.

Outside our house18/19, 29th March
A line of 4 potholes have appeared and are getting worse. This is where vehicles brake sharply to avoid on coming traffic as it’s a blind kink in the road . People constantly speed down our road then brake to avoid another vehicle.. This makes the holes worse because of the braking action.. Thanks for putting this on the list!!

Almost opposite the Gardne Centre, Chenies. Kerb very churned up and bridge built across ditch, 24th March
I am assuming somone has been trying to access the Donkey Shekter. The roadside is very churned up after what looks like continoius parking on the kerb and a plank bridge has been placed over the ditch . It looks a mess, is inappropriate parking on the very busy A404 and may ulitimately damage the ditch, in an area where there is alreadydy a road flooding problem

Road surface completely failed, 20th March
Multiple potholes and cracks. It is been in this condition for over a year. A patch up repair was carried out several months ago which lasted approximately 1 to 2 months and now just as bad as before. This is causing cars to drive in the middle of the road to avoid damaging our vehicles but causing a risk of a head on collision as everybody is having to drive in middle of road

3 large potholes as you enter the M25 at junction 17 clockwise, 20th March
This SO DANGEROUS. I hit them at 50mph+ as I was joining the M25. It knocked my car out of control and I nearly hit an articulated lorry, who was lucky enough to avoid me and other cars on the M25. This may be a Highways Agency issue

Blocked road gulleys, 20th March
Most risky gulleys on shire lane are blocked resulting in frequent road flooding which is both a nuisance for pedestrians and will be damaging the highway. I've added a photo of one, most on the road are blocked.

Water leak from new water works on the road. The works were leaking prior to back filling. The excavation has been back filled anyway and the leak is now coming through the tarmac joins.

Severe flooding, 13th March
Every time it rains this area floods to a ridiculous extent! It’s dangerous for passing traffic and even more so for pedestrians, mostly students , as it’s opposite St Clement Danes. Cyclist can’t get through. Traffic is horrendous.
