Heavy hording blown onto footpath for (at least) 5th time, 15th April
The hoardings on the derelict building site have yet again (this at least the 5th time to my knowledge) blown down onto the busy footpath. While taking the pics a commuter told me his wife had been approaching, with a 5month-old baby, and seen them come down earlier today. Time and time again the council are not taking proper enforcement action against the site owners. In the tragic event of fatalities next time, surely the council will be as culpable as the company directors. This issue has been reported many times; it's long overdue that a resolution was found.
