Two Street lights at junction of A41 and Hilfield Lane not working, 17th April
Driving north along the fast A41 road at night and wanting to turn right into Hilfield Lane towards Aldenham, it is impossible to see the turning as it is so dark. There are two street lights, on either side of the turning and both are off. Even though there are lines on the road it is dangerous for drivers behind if one is late to indicate. It is necessary for the street lights to work.

Collapsed speed hump, 22nd March
The raised speed bump by the junction of Chiltern Avenue and Little Bushey Lane has collapsed. It is made up of bricks rather than tarmac and the bricks have been dislodged creating a break in the road surface that is very uneven. This is potentially damagning to cars and tyres and extremely dangerous/potentially lethal for motorbikes or cyclists who may fail to see the hole at night.

What is the point in a temporary fix of some larger potholes whilst leaving all the other smaller ones around them. This whole section of road is breaking up frequently, it is uneven with potholes and months of ridiculously poor repair. It will continue to deteriorate until it is repaired properly.

Raw sewage leaking from new builds, 4th March
Raw sewage leaks out from this new development. It has an obvious smell. There is some kind of temporary sump pump installed in the driveway since the properties were put into use.
This is a health cause for concern for both people, animals and it will eventually run into the surface drains which may be connected to local watercourse.
