In addition, cars turning in from the roundabout or cars entering the roundabout have to manoeuvre around these cars which is a hazard. This happens on the first (public road) part of Colnebank Drive, near the Thomas Sawyer Way roundabout. This road has double yellow lines. You can see cars parked like this every day, in particular after 5pm on weekdays and almost all day during weekends.

Doing as they likey, 21st April
Quad bikers and Scramblers are destroying our local Nature Reserve. Three times this past week they’ve been here just tearing around with impunity, creating a mud pit and preventing the land from growing any kind of plant life! There are no nesting birds this year because of them. 101 doesn’t answer half the time and the other half is ineffective! 999 will not entertain a non-emergency, treating it as a nuisance call. Residents are fed up with what can be continuous engine noises for over an hour at times of the day when they should be expecting peace.

6 motorbikes and a quad bike, 21st April
Tearing up the wet grass on the nature reserve for over half an hour. Calls to 101 went unanswered, and then the Police reporting Anti-social behaviour were met with
“Do you realise you’ve come through to an emergency line?”
“YES! Is anti-social behaviour not a crime any more?”
“Silence”
This needs sorting before nearby residents get to taking matters into their own hands and someone gets hurt because of it.

Multiple potholes, 3rd April
The council’s contractors filled these hole last year! It hasn’t lasted and the potholes are back, causing some drivers to swerve into oncoming vehicles and cyclists. It’s only a matter of time before an accident occurs! You have now been warned.

Multiple potholes, been here over 2 months, some Very deep and some has a cone it to get people to avoid them.
