Drainage on hard shoulder, 20th March
The gully’s on the hard shoulder between Junction 14 to 12 going eastbound, seem to need clearing out. A lot of standing water is on the hard shoulder, not going into Lane 1 but if a heavy downpour happen it may happen. Just seems to be collecting on the edge off the hard shoulder for a good 1 maybe 2 miles

Dog central reservation aprox 8 miles before chester jct (heading into wales), 5th December
Central reservation around 8 miles before the chester junction (14), heading in the direction of Wales, there is what appears to be a black poodle cross, unfortunately deceased. Seen today at 9am

Drains blocked standing water, 16th March
The drainage at the bottom of the Ridgeway is very poor. Drains keep blocking with debris from heavy rain leaving standing water and mud which is dangerous to cyclists and cars.

Potholes and road surface have been worsening for the past 6 months and are now capable of damaging cars and bringing cyclists off their bikes

Blocked Drain, 24th February
This drain has been blocked for 5 years. The muddy water cascades down Woodhouse Lane and accumulates at the junction of the A56 by the nursery. Unblocking this drain would certainly help the situation.

Cars for sale parked along the verge for 100 meters, 24th January
A 4 x 4 car sales site has been extending the "cars for sale" along the verge on Norley Road, turning the countryside in to a commercial eyesore and the verge into a quagmire. Is this permitted ?

Dumping rubbish, 6th April
Tesco helsby recycling area is constantly getting used as the local skip, people dumping house hold rubbish all over the floor, if it wasn’t for the Tesco cleaners their would be a huge rat problem

There are several potholes along the line of a previously excavated trench requiring urgent attention to ovoid damaged tyres and wheeels, 11th March
A trench was dug and very poorly backfilled resulting in a series of potholes along the trench - only a matter of time before tyre damage or collision as vehicles straddle the trench in opposite directions

Lots of potholes, some significantly deep., 20th March
At the turning from Latham avenue, left onto Primrose lane there is a collection of potholes close together, that to avoid require driving unsafely into the oncoming lane. Throughout the whole stretch of primrose there are potholes, this junction just has significant number. Further up the road by the bridge there is a deep one by a grid that again to avoid requires you to move into the other lane, only this time sight is impaired due to the bridge being immediately in front. These potholes are not new, they have been steadily worsening over the last 18 months. However in the last 2/3 months new ones are forming and existing ones have gotten a lot worse.

Dirty Nappies!!!, 10th February
Someone keeps dumping their bin bags by our back gate. The bags contain general waste, recycling and dirty nappies!! This has happened 4 or 5 times in the last month.

Deep pothole near the gutter, 30th December
Pothole has been here for a few weeks and seems to be getting deeper. It's right where the left wheel of a car would be if the car was correctly positioned in it's lane.

A sofa and a tent have been dumped. I don't know how the tippers got the sofa to this location as it's not near road access. How to locate the items: Go to top of Carriage Drive, Frodsham; carry on up the track - the wall of the house 'Dunsdale' is on your right; at the end of the wall take the steps down the hill; just beyond the bottom of the steps/slope, look left - there's an abandoned blue tent and a green sofa., 16th November
