Accumulation of grey and blue bins permanently., 2nd March
I am a resident who lives very close to this affected area. Since I’ve lived here (2021) there has been a constant problem with residents just permanently leaving there blue and grey bins on collection day (Fridays) after their bins have been emptied. There is always at least 4-5 bins permanently left out on the street close to my home, bins are just recklessly left on the pavement. As well as this being a hinderance to pedestrians and motorists, on one occasion paramedics were blocked off from getting easy access to an unwell resident by bins that were in their way it is also an eyesore for residents that live close by. In this affected area there has also been regular instances of fly tipping of objects as varied as a 70” tv, tables, chairs and a washing machine. This has been reported to Warrington borough council and “your housing” before but no action was taken.

M62 West Jct9 matrix incorrect., 12th July
When the queue on slip road signs are on at M62 Jct 9 west exit, they are on after the junction for some odd reason. The gantry above J9 exit says Queue on sliproad and 60mph, but the gantry after the whole junction (next to marker M62B 26.0) flashes 40mph, surely that should be before the exit that's queuing not after the junction.

The footpath between Warrington West station and Sycamore Lane has dropped and there is a deep pothole. The pothole is not visible as you approach. The hole is deep and would definitely cause injury. Warrington borough Councils own reporting system won't allow this to be reported.

Signage issues west bound J8 M62, 22nd March
The signage for omega N & S is insufficient as you come up the slip road. Almost daily HGV's are in middle of 5 lanes when intending to use the park. Almost daily they then realise the mistake late and dangerously pull across lanes, sometimes drivers are reserved and wait but normally they just go for it. I have come to expect it when I see a lorry in that lane and hold back, at some point one will go over a car and someone will get hurt

Litter - M62 Embankment down to Delph Lane, 27th February
You have recently cut back the trees on the sloped embankment from M62 on the approach to J9 Eastbound, which slopes down to Delph Lane. The area is now full of litter that I assume has been revealed due to the shrub/tree trimming.
