Accumulation of grey and blue bins permanently., 2nd March
I am a resident who lives very close to this affected area. Since I’ve lived here (2021) there has been a constant problem with residents just permanently leaving there blue and grey bins on collection day (Fridays) after their bins have been emptied. There is always at least 4-5 bins permanently left out on the street close to my home, bins are just recklessly left on the pavement. As well as this being a hinderance to pedestrians and motorists, on one occasion paramedics were blocked off from getting easy access to an unwell resident by bins that were in their way it is also an eyesore for residents that live close by. In this affected area there has also been regular instances of fly tipping of objects as varied as a 70” tv, tables, chairs and a washing machine. This has been reported to Warrington borough council and “your housing” before but no action was taken.

M62 Jct9 East Exit, 23rd November
The "Queue on slip road" signs have stopped working on M62 East Junction 9 Exit. This exit regularly backs up from the roundabout onto the Motorway in the evening rush hour (sometimes queuing back near to J8), but the gantries don't come on at all to say queue on slip road or with speed signs. This report replaces Ref 5240257 that was mapped at the wrong Junction.

M62 West Jct9 matrix incorrect., 12th July
When the queue on slip road signs are on at M62 Jct 9 west exit, they are on after the junction for some odd reason. The gantry above J9 exit says Queue on sliproad and 60mph, but the gantry after the whole junction (next to marker M62B 26.0) flashes 40mph, surely that should be before the exit that's queuing not after the junction.

Westbound M62 either side of jct 9, 24th May
Around 8.30am, EVERY morning there are advisory speed signs of 40 or 50 or 60, sometimes also with sign saying 'Obstruction on Slip Road' This is regardless of traffic conditions, congestion or lack of, or weather conditions. The 40 matrix one in particular is completely ignored by motorists, as it is there when there is no connection, and the next station it just says "End" It is every morning therefore ignored due to there being no need, is ignored 'crying wolf' and that is dangerous to force motorists that there is no reason for it.
