Bus stop nees filling in, 15th October
This bus stop is in a layby. In all the time I have been driving alaong Tarprorley Road - 20 years - I have never seen any body use this bus stop - either bus or passengers - apart from a manned camera form Cheshire Police which parks there since the mph was reduced to 40mph on this stretch of road and never gets a ticket from parking within the yellow lines of a bus stop (rule 243 of the Highway Code). Therefore this bus stop should be filled in because it is never used as it should be.

Manned canmera parked on bus stop yet again, 14th October
The manned camera is back again! Drove past towards Northwich at 10.45am. Manned camera parked within yellow lines of bustop markings in layby. Drove back towards M56 Junction 10 roundabaout at 12.15pm. The manned camera has not moved an inch. How long does the manned camera have to be parked withing bus stop markings before it gets a parking ticket. A sitting duck and nobody is taking any notice or advantage of the situation. This situation has been going on ever since the mph limit was changed from 50mph to 40mph along this stretch of road.

Manned camera parking in bus stop in layby, 14th October
I understand te mile per hour limit on Tarporley Road leading up to the M56 Junction 10 roundabout was changed from 50mph to 40mph 2 or 3 months ago. Since then there has been a manned camera aprked on the bus stop in a layby touting for business on behalf of Cheshire police. Quite often I go along this road. Two or three hours later I find the manned camera is staill there as I go to join the M56 motorway back to Lymm services. Rule 243 of the Highway Code states "Do not stop or park at or near a bus or tram stop or taxi rank". Why isn't this manned cammera given tickets by traffic wardens from Warrington MBC every time it is parked on this bus stop in a layby? Cheshire Police ar not above the law and Warrington MBC traffic wardens are missing a sitting duck. TIXCKET THIS VEHICLE EVERY TIME IT PARKS WHERE IT SHOULD NOT!

Speeding... Its crazy., 9th June
I have written on numerous occasions about speeding vehicles on Northwich Road A559 at Lower Stretton. We have 2 calming road section but between Hall Lane and the M56 junction roundabout there is constant speeding. I'm a resident and Warrington borough council have stated its a Police issue! No it isn't what we need is a road hump across the road between Summit close and the M56 roundabout This is now ridiculous No one will take action until there is a tragedy. Just 1 hump across the road will work..... A flashing emoji board DOES NOT WORK and in some cases encourages the idiots Please help our community Regards Paul Roberts 07806544109
