Temporary traffic lights on Padgate Lane are all stuck on red. 3 red lights, 2 on Padgate Lane and 1 on Delery Drive.

M6 J21 TO J21A Central Res Drain Gully blocked, 29th February
The Drain Gully that runs within the central reservation in between M6 J21 & 21A has got all sorts of debris in it and I assume the grids need clearing too. The whole gully and central res area regularly totally floods in heavy rain and also covers the outside lane in both directions.

M6 J21A to J23 northbound., 9th February
Appalling potholed surface which is dangerous as it could easily throw a vehicle off course in the narrow lanes where you are installing a killer motorway. I imagine that this section will be resurfaced by the end of the current installation but it presents a real and present danger to road users. This is unacceptable. I expect a response to this report.

M6 North J21A Exit to M62 WB, 22nd January
There are lots of potholes all over the first section of where J21A exit starts (heading to M62 West), they are mainly along the white lines both on the exit and on the centre white line between the 2 lanes of the exit slip). All within the first section before it turns away from M6.

Public Footpath Encroachment - Vegetation in bund / buffer zone., 11th December
The public footpath / Right Of Way which is bounded along it's northerly flank by the M6/62 Westbound slip round onto the M62 (Croft Interchange) that runs from Spittle Brook in the Eastern-most part and Mill/Delph lane motorway bridge in the Western-most part, is heavily overgrown with brambles, small to medium trees which are blocking the path. The buffer zone between the boundary fence and the motorway metal barrier has dense vegetation ranging from trees to weeds and everything in between. Please could you look into thinning this 'buffer' zone to stop future encroachment onto the Right Of Way.

The "Queue on slip road" signs have stopped working on M62 East Junction 9 Exit. This exit regularly backs up from the roundabout onto the Motorway in the evening rush hour, but the gantries don't come on.

Traffic blocking lanes 2 & 3, 10th September
Is there any way that electronic signage can be used to remind road users to move left. So many stuck in lane 3 and 2. Cars either overtake to then cross back to lane 1 or undertake. Seems logical to put reminders across the whole of the Uk.

Signs unreadable, 8th September
The overhead signs at Jcn 21A travelling northbound on the M6 are so badly deteriorated that you cannot see the places the slip road takes you to. The paint is peeling off so they are unreadable.
