Potholes are increased massively in size and depth. It is impossible to avod them now when driving and this poses great danger to our cars as well people living alongside the road. The issue has been present since 2017 and was reported multiple times. Since then road has been patched up couple of times but problem returns quite soon every time. Whole road need resurfacing really to make it safe. Please look into this for us. We had a falls and injuries already on the road caused by pothols and uneven surface. Thank you

The roundabout edge has been broken for over four years now, 26th March
The edge of this road has been damaged for over four years . This has been addressed several times and nothing getting repaired. There are many cones placed all around the roundabout which is off putting to drivers. This needs to get resolved. There also needs to be signs added the roundabout once leaving the A556 as many drivers fly up the hill at full speed and miss the roundabout (hence the clipping of the roundabout).

All along the A50 from the Kilton to Mere weeds need to be sprayed, 26th March
The weeds all along the A50 between the kilton and the bridge on the way to Mere Golf & Country Club need to be manually removed. They are blocking the drains and the annual spraying is clearly not working. These need manually removing and then sprayed once on top of the job.

A Street Sweeping problem has been found, 14th March
The main road that runs adjacent to Woodside Farm has become increasingly hazardous due to the accumulation of mud and slurry, and more alarmingly, the presence of animal waste pouring down the road. This situation has not only made the road slippery and difficult to navigate, there have been several accidents on the road, some of which resulted in minor injuries.

I am writing to you as a concerned resident of High Legh to urgently bring to your attention a matter of public safety that has significantly escalated over the past few months. This issue pertains to the consistent and negligent behavior of a local farmer, whose farming practices are directly endangering the safety and well-being of our community. The main road that runs adjacent to Woodside Farm has become increasingly hazardous due to the accumulation of mud and slurry, and more alarmingly, the presence of animal waste pouring down the road. This situation has not only made the road slippery and difficult to navigate but also poses a significant health hazard to the community and the environment.Regrettably, there have been several accidents on the road, some of which resulted in minor injuries. Despite these incidents, and I am aware that numerous attempts have been made to address this issue with the farmer he has repeatedly disregarded concerns, refusing to take any measures to mitigate the risks his practices are creating. It is imperative that immediate action is taken to address this issue to prevent further accidents or potential health problems.
