Potholes across entirety of carriageway at bottom of hill. Hazardous to cyclists and motorcyclists coming down this hill and being forced into the oncoming lane due to the road being totally destroyed.

The trees shown in the picture have grown to a point that there is no line of sight when exiting this bus stop. Having no line of sight coupled with the speed of the road is making this a very hazardous area. Could the foilage be cut back please.

Public Footpath Obstruction, 4th January
Public Footpath that runs alongside Rainford Health Centre on Higher Lane and leads onto Lakeside Gardens has been blocked off at both ends possibly by a contractor working on the bungalow adjacent to footpath on Higher Lane. Footpath is impassible and is used daily by parents taking children to and from school and by residents accessing health centre from Southerns Lane bridge area.

Danagous parking at a junction, 7th December
Parking at junction on double yellow line at school finish time. Very busy rd at this junction with Pedestrian and traffic at this time of day. Have seen a few near miss accidents between vehicles and school children when crossing at this junction or when vehicles are trying to turn into rd where the parked cars are. Especially if a vehicle is exiting at junction No traffic can turn into this rd due to parked cars. Blatant disrespect for the safety of others and highway code etc.

NO sight lines or traffic, 16th August
Every year the hedgerows on the south side of the bridge become so overgrown sightlines disappear. With a speed limit of 40mph accidents and near misses occur on a regular basis. I have reported poor maintenance of sight lines previously, it seems a major accident or fatality has to occur before any action is taken.

Tall grass on south verge., 26th June
Traffic turning right onto Higher Lane from Rookery Lane cannot see vehicles travelling towards Rainford from Crank as the sightline is completely obscured. I have witnessed a number of near misses in recent days.

Large vehicles causing house to physically shake and vibrate, 4th February
We live in an old detached house (solid and well maintained) on Church Road and have recently noticed that every time a bus or other heavy goods vehicle goes past our house we can physically feel the vibration throughout the house. This is happening so severely that since having our house plastered 2 months ago we now have new cracks from the vibration. There is obviously some investigation to be done on the highway outside for this to be affecting our property.

Neighbour has further blocked the road, 11th November
Neighbour put sand bags outside to stop people parking. A small car managed to park in between sand bags so now neighbour has put pallet of bricks in the middle so nothing can park between the bags!
