Trip hazard / damaged road, 29th August
The level crossing has exposed ironmongery causing a trip hazard on the actual crossing. Naturally vehicles can of course be damaged, but to have such a poor quality crossing just isn’t on. The whole point of the crossing being installed was so families would have a safe place to cross to take their children to school.

Double parking prevents access to emergency vehicles, 1st August
Upto 10 vehicles double parking forces cars coming into crescent onto wrong side of road and into oncoming traffic (corner is blind from Nicoll road). Cars are then double parked from the entrance and to the start of bungalows this prevents any large vehicles I’d fire engines from accessing. Some delivery vehicles have had to reverse back out. These vehicles are also kerb mounted and prevent access down pavement

Bin in Dodd Avenue Park, 28th July
The only litter bin in Dodd Avenue Park has been vandalised. The inner bucket has been removed. People are still using the bin, but obviously any litter put in it will fall straight out. This is causing the fenced off playground to become filled with litter (I cleared it all up today). I later found the inner bucket . It had been set on fire and thrown over the perimeter fence (see What3Words photo for location). It could do with a new bin I think.

Dangerously overgrown hedge, 14th April
This hedge prevents use of much of the width of the pavement on what is a dangerous bend (the double bend on the road here does not show on this map). The photo looks towards St Helens. As I was walking to Prescot, I had to swing my head towards the road to avoid contact with the hedge (I'm tall) and realised had their been a truck passing its wing mirror could easily have made contact with my head.
