Trip hazard / damaged road, 29th August
The level crossing has exposed ironmongery causing a trip hazard on the actual crossing. Naturally vehicles can of course be damaged, but to have such a poor quality crossing just isn’t on. The whole point of the crossing being installed was so families would have a safe place to cross to take their children to school.

Damage to wall, 15th August
The top of the sandstone wall is damaged. I tripped over some stone that had fell off the top. Could I request that a repair to make safe is completed to stop anyone getting hurt I can only imagine it will continue to get worse and a fit now will be much easier. Thank you

Someone is going to get killed here, 19th July
Turning right onto the St Helens link way from Elton Head Road towards the M62. The lights change leaving vehicle's stuck in the middle of the road. There are 3 lanes approaching the junction so cars travelling faster move to the outside lane, unable to see any cars that were to turn right in the middle of the carriageway. There should be more of a delay on the lights to give sufficient time to join the main carriageway.

The condition of Burrows lane is appalling., 4th June
The condition of the road surface of Burrows lane is terrible. The top junction where it meets the war memorial / Wellington pub is a myriad of holes and deep gashes in the tarmac. Whereas a little further down previous “repairs” have sank, and are now a problem in their own right. When one gets further down the situation is replicated, to the point where near Eccleston Mere, there’s a drain culvert where the entirety of the “road” around it has fallen to pieces. Trying to avoid this gaping hole on a bicycle nearly landed me right under a passing car! Please someone do something before someone gets seriously hurt. Thank you.
