83 have put a security light on the front of their house and it is shining in my room I can see it even with the curtains shut. Just prior to marker post 199/2 on southbound carriageway of M6. There is an empty tonne bag near the barrier which if the wind catches could cause an accident due to its size and potential to obscure vehicle windscreen.
