Rattling drain cover, 29th December

Thu, 29 Dec 2016 09:57:05 +0000
52.74905 -1.819909

When vehicles drive over drain cover it goes 'click-clack'. Again and again and again. Not life threatening, but extremely irritating. Especially at night. The cover probably just needs refitting. On the A513 about 200m from junction with A515 in Kings Bromley. On West facing side of road. Please can you fix it?

52.767462749687 -1.818617316544

The pot hole, is approx 2 ft diameter and looks aboiut 6" deep. It has only appeared approx 3 weeks ago. It is between Leasons Farm and Green Lane. If someone were to go down this, especially if snow falls, then they would do serious damage to their wheel.

Repair of Potholes, 13th July

Tue, 13 Jul 2010 10:02:53 +0100
52.7495870470118 -1.82105157147265

The entrance to Leofric Close, Kings Bromley has a series of potholes either side of a BT 'island' (which in itself is a hazard). I reported the potholes on 21st June (ref. 1064462)and when I asked how long it would be before they were fixed, bearing in mind that they have had white lines painted around them since 28th April, was told 'about 2 to 3 weeks'. Three weeks is up and still the entrance to Leofric Close looks like a drunken hopscotch course. On 12th May a set of yellow lines was added to the white ones which makes it look even more of a mess but the potholes are still there and are a hazard to cyclists. Can you tell me when they will be repaired? Incidentally, there are so many holes, that it may be simpler and certainly look a lot tidier if the entire surface was stripped off for a distance of about 4 metres from the junction with the A515. Thank you.
