The street gutters need sweeping. Drain has growth coming out of it so rain cant go down when its been heavy, 11th April
The street cleaner comes round rarely and unexpected so cars are in the way. If we knew when they'd be due cars could be moved.

Potholes/Craters, 19th March
Two very deep potholes on the inside lane of the dual carriageway. Location: as you exit the main A38 at Swinfen and take the A38 London Road heading towards Swinfen Hall/Weeford Interchange. They are between the exit and the layby on the left. Noticed when driving on Mon 18 Mar 24.

Overgrown conifers, 14th March
There are a line of conifers at the side of a house located on Beacon Street that are overgrown and with parked cars, it makes it very difficult to walk on the path, they need cutting back.

Roadmarkings and studs not visible, 8th March
The roadmarkings and studs on the section of A38 from Swinfen RBT to Cappers Lane exit slip are barely visible during the daytime. During hours of darkness nothing can be seen and as the section of road is unlit it is very hazardous especially to motorists who are unfamiliar with the road. There are area's where the centrelines have disappeared all together . They have been in this condition for many years and despite regular closures of the A38 this section of road is never treated to new roadmarkings and studs. The Exit slip was recently partly resurfaced and all road markings were refreshed including part of the mainline. Nothing was done on the section from Swinfen - Cappers Lane while the road was closed. Can you advise on when this defect will be recitified

Pothole and Road Surface, 14th February
Road surface is very badly cracked which has led to multiple potholes and is now subsiding. Even negotiating it at a standstill is dangerous and can cause damage to a vehicle. Location is in the right hand lane as you exit the dual carriageway to get onto the roundabout which either takes you to Lichfield or onto the A38 northbound.

Pool house veterinary centre sign knocked down, 23rd November
Sign to veterinary hospital based on the small island at the new estate towards the hospital has been knocked down by a large vehicle. no one had stopped to report the issue but the sign could potentially cause damage to cars going round the island in its current state
