70cm pothole and then directly opposite a metre down on the opposite side of road another pothole which is around 40cm wide, 16th February
This pothole has at least been here for about five or six months and it causes a serious obstruction in the road leading to having to dodge side to side the two potholes and it is getting increasingly harder to do

Parking restriction signs have been removed and people are now parking 24/7 on a blind corner, 22nd January
The parking bays at 46 Main Street Whittington WS14 9JS were put in place as the building was a post office/cafe. Parking was and still should be restricted to 30 minutes. The building has now been converted into flats and the parking restriction signs have been removed by someone other than the council. Cars and vans now park on what is a blind corner 27/7. Not only does this cause traffic problems everyday it is also used by school children and I fear it only a matter of time before there is a serious accident. I and some of my neighbours have reported this to Staffordshire Highways numerous times but as yet have not received a reply.

Road flooding - urgent action required, 26th October
The road is flooding due to gullies blocked by leaves. I have freed off one gulley but can do nothing with six others and the road is almost flooded completely across. There is also significant flooding around the corner on the Shrubbery where another gulley is blocked and this has beena recurrent problem for years. The flooding is significant and action is urgently required.

Dog poo, 23rd July
We live in Langton Crescent, the pedestrianised end that is on Blacksmiths Lane. Our drive faces on to the pedestrianised section of Langton Crescent but our garden fence is on Blacksmiths lane. We are having problems with people letting their dogs poo on the other side of our fence - a raised slab and grass area just above the footpath (which is council property). They even go to the trouble at times of picking it up and putting it in a bag and then leaving the bag on the same area, leaving us to clean it up.
