Roadworks, 22nd February
It’s causing chaos. It was 2 way lights for a couple weeks and was working well! Not as much traffic. Today it was turned into 4 way! Including 2 more roads which have no cars passing through causing the main two directions into absolute chaos. Took me an hour to do a 5 minute journey! Needs to be sorted

Disabled parking space misused and badly in repair, 28th September
The public disabled parking space, adjacent to shops/restaurants/Tesco express is misused, partly because of the very poor state of repair. It's preventing disabled people from being able to access public life more freely.

Poor diversion signage to A38 North Derby, 14th June
There are no proper diversion signs to take you back to the A38 after the Hillards Cross junction. You need to make sure these are in place for people who do not know the area and are relying on these signs to guide them back onto the A38. The added an extra 1 hour onto my journey . Very stressful. Please take more care and consideration with signs.

Dangerously large pothole, 29th March
Very large pothole just by the Streethay Wharf in the inside lane of the A38 southbound. The width is approximately two thirds of the inside lane and is about a metre in length and very deep. It is incredibly dangerous despite the 40mph speed restriction in that area as vehicles are braking or swerving to avoid it at the last minute. If a motorcyclist hits this, it will bring them off their bikes and will also cause damage to cars.

Severe deteriation of slip road, 13th February
A38 SB Cappers Lane entry slip. Massive potholes,depressions and cracking at bottom of slip road. Has been like it for months and is being made worse by HS2 traffic . No attempt has been made to repair any of the defects.

On the slip road leading from cappers Lane to the A38, massive potholes litter the entire straight. This caused my tyre to be flattened after going over one at around 50mph.

Deep pothole on A38 southbound near Streethay junction, 12th January
There is a very deep pothole in the middle of the road on the A38 southbound near the Streethay junction. I have noticed this for a couple of weeks. This could do serious damage to cars despite the current 40mph speed limit in place and is dangerous when driving in the dark as it is not very noticeable.

Huge pothole covering entrance to A38 slip road, 21st December
This issue has been present a long time now and it’s a hazard to people’s cars. I drive on this very regularly and it has damaged my alloys due to my low profile tyres. This needs addressing as soon as possible ! It’s getting worse !
