My wife walks a double buggy along this route and it is covered by a thorny bush. Forcing her to walk on the road. It is dangerous. The pathway needs cleared.

Right turn lane missing on A5 outside Esso fuel station, 16th March
Right turn lane road markings missing on A5 outside Esso fuel station. Brings 60mph road traffic heading towards rising sun island to complete stop, causing queueing traffic waiting for vehicles to turn right into Esso station back to the turf roundabout. Other businesses have turn lanes on same stretch of road.

Damaged Car, 14th March
Concerned this may be a stolen car as it's been left on a business park for approx. 48 hours. Cannot be driven due to damage to the exhaust / rear light and wheel area. Council won't investigate as it is taxed (registration plate is on the front).

Something has crashed through and ripped out rhe central reservation signage that indicates the divide in the road., 12th January
The signs have been ripped out of the centre of the road and are now smashed along the A5 in separate places, leaving the divide in the road unmarked and the signs unlight and causing a potential hazard.

Between the A5 filling station and Watling buisness park I've notice a large branch or tree trunk laying across and stretching a power cable.

Longitudinal incipient failure on mature oak eastbound side of A5 approaching junction of A5 and B4154, 26th August
LARGE (1700 mm) longitudinal incipient failure on approximately 800-900mm diameter mature oak with constant targets (A5 vehicular traffic and pedestrian traffic) with very likely potential to fail with potential to cause significant injury or fatality. Failure in tree first noticed 04.05.2021 and I have been observing since. Opening at top of crack is now greater than 80mm running 1700mm down North side. lowest 300mm of tree trunk still intact but evidence of water ingress causing possible rot. Daylight visible through failure from both sides of tree. Canopy of tree is in good health but judging by the continued degradation of the failure I would judge that failure is likely in next 6-18 months if not sooner.

No junction for petrol station, 29th July
In the last 6 months theres been a esso petrol station that has been built on the a5 [Watling St, Norton Canes, Cannock WS11 9NA] which has no slip road which is causing people to cross double white lines in a no stopping zone to get fuel which in turn causes the fast flowing road to come to a stand still As a hgv who uses this road often ive seen some close calls its only a matter of time before a major crash happens as people leave it till the last minute then decide i need fuel slamming on the brakes causing all kinds of trouble this is a very busy road most days let alone peak hrs thanks

Grass, 19th May
Got clumps of weeds 6ft tall when are the verges actually get cut as nothing is maintained. Rising sun islands gets new trees planted on it and you cut them down cause the grass gets that long,
