The signs going south to 10 are saying move over from the two most central lanes, 28th March
The signals between 11 and 10 southbound are saying move out of the two lanes near central reservation but there is nothing wrong and it is causing delays with everyone trying to move to two lanes for no reason. A bit further they just change back to speed signs

Many large potholes, 15th March
These potholes right at the roundabout junction are a particular hazard. If someone were to puncture a tyre or damage a wheel a nasty accident is likely to occur. They need to all be fixed immediately before an accident will happen.

Pothole in Lane 2., 11th March
Pothole in Lane 2 on approach of the M6 and M6 Toll split. It is visible and my car has hit it daily over the last month. It is after the road begins to split, but before Lane 3 joins. Image attached shows section of Motorway.

Very deep Potholes x2, 3rd February
Pot Holes are situated approximately 30/40 metres in Popular Lane and are very deep. They are also very difficult to see at night due to lack of street lighting. The pot holes are jagged, step and tyre killers.

West bound carriageway bad pothole and flooding has returned., 5th January
A5 by Gailey pool 100 metres west of oak lane, road surface has broke up in the west bound lane where offside wheels run. Length of damage at least 3 metres long and nearly 1 metre wide. Also the bad flooding from the small pool has caused this. Pool outlets were dredged the last time this happened years ago.

Tons of litter, 20th December
Absolutely tons of litter and debris including loads of old abandoned road work equipment. You know its bad when the very people meant to be maintaining the roads are littering too. Action over words please. The litter everywhere is disgraceful.

HGV road noise, Excessive and Relentless 24/7, 9th November
I would like to know what can be done about the excessive road noise that is happening day and all through the night from hgvs travelling along the A5 in church bridge Cannock coming from and going to the main depots. They come all through the night and sometimes my flat shakes with the sheer weight of whatever is going past. The drivers also beep their horns at each other on passing. This is a residential area and something needs to be done .

Mway J13-J14 Penkridge Staffs. Your site does not accurately report the time that trapped traffic has been waiting, it is now FOUR AND A HALF HOURS. No junctions were closed when the accident took place at 1 AM, allowing traffic to enter the mway. This has resulted in this total fiasco.
