Traffic lights are absolute joke!, 10th April
Traffic light timings have been changed again! 3 or 4 cars passing green light during rush hours before changing back to red is madness (Probably created by night workers/work currently ongoing!). Causing absolute traffic chaos travelling westbound on A5 and A34 during start of day and end of working day hours. Bad/serious accident waiting to happen and needs sorting…Again! About the third time in 12/18 months, being a link to A5, A460,A34 and M6 toll it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt or worse!

Traffic lights changing to quickly. The lights on the orbital are staying on green for no time at all. This is causing chaos and unnecessary delays as only about 4 cars get through at a time.

Lights on green for less than 10 seconds, 7th April
The lights allowing the traffic to follow from the A34 to A5/A34 are only on green for less that 10 seconds this is only allowing 4 cars to pass through. This is causing traffic to back up to the A5/coming from the A460 to back up and causing the whole of orbital to be at a standstill This is causing people to go through on red lights and also blocking other people’s right of way

Traffic lights stuck on red, 4th April
These traffic lights on the east bound A5 at the top island of the orbital junction urgently need adjusting they are stuck on red and only let one car threw at a time and has been causing chaos all week. It should be a matter of urgency to get this fixed. This isn't the first time this has happened here. The a5 should be priority and kept flowing at all times. Please adjust the lights accordingly as soon as possible.

Traffic lights on letting through 3 cars at a time and then staying on red for a long time before letting another 3 cars through. This is causing major backups on the A5 in either direction as traffic is being held up on all of the 3 islands.

Noisy and Clattering ironwork on A5 North Street junction, 2nd April
Despite the current resurfacing and improvement repairs to the A 5, there remains a noisy, clattering ironwork cover that is clearly in need of repair, which l can hear at night, when traffic goes over the ironwork, it is also sunk by an inch, meaning wheels crash into it. Is there no quality control with the current resurfacing and addressing of the road surface problems, that leaves ironwork problems unresolved.

Sunk manhole with distorted perimiter, 21st March
This manhole has sunk & the perimiter is distorted outside the Hatherton Medical Centre on Hatherton Rd. I did report this a few months ago

Many large potholes, 15th March
These potholes right at the roundabout junction are a particular hazard. If someone were to puncture a tyre or damage a wheel a nasty accident is likely to occur. They need to all be fixed immediately before an accident will happen.
