Very deep Potholes x2, 3rd February
Pot Holes are situated approximately 30/40 metres in Popular Lane and are very deep. They are also very difficult to see at night due to lack of street lighting. The pot holes are jagged, step and tyre killers.

HGV road noise, Excessive and Relentless 24/7, 9th November
I would like to know what can be done about the excessive road noise that is happening day and all through the night from hgvs travelling along the A5 in church bridge Cannock coming from and going to the main depots. They come all through the night and sometimes my flat shakes with the sheer weight of whatever is going past. The drivers also beep their horns at each other on passing. This is a residential area and something needs to be done .

Blocked footpath, 8th July
Footpath difficult to negotiate by foot and almost impossible with a wheeled item (wheelchair, pushchair etc). From Oaks Farm as far as the intersection A5/A4061. In one place a tree has fallen into the road. It has been broken off, probably by a passing HGV (possibly sustained damage). The tree is only supported by the verge fencing and could fall further into the road. This whole section is difficult and unnerving for pedestrians to navigate along the very busy A5 especially when accompanying young children.

Parking on slip road providing access into Roman Way Retail Park, 30th May
Individuals have been found parking on the slip road which provides safe access into Roman Way Retail Park. Users aren't able to enter the site safely without coming to a near standstill with numerous near misses now having been reported.
Unsure how long the issue has been occurring. Only drawn to my attention last week.
Area falls outside the responsibility of the land owner. Local Borough Council state National Highways responsibility.
Requires double yellow lines and enforcement to prevent unauthorised parking and prevention of serious incident from occurring.
