Numerous rubbish at side of public footpath, 15th January

Mon, 15 Jan 2018 16:56:45 +0000

Numerous items of rubbish are present at the side of the public footpath. I think that the Council is aware of who has placed the rubbish there. Event more worrying is that many of the items have been deliberately burned. Trees at the side of the footpath have also been deliberately burned. It looks like the person(s) responsible are playing with matches and fire. I suspect that the person(s) responsible live in rented or housing trust housing and as such will be under specific behavioural terms in the contract - it seems obvious that current behaviour of these person(s) is a breach of that contract.

Dangerous obstruction caused by barriers, 29th October

Sun, 29 Oct 2017 17:03:59 +0000

There have been barriers associated with the gas company digging holes on the corner of Horbury Road and Cumbrian Way for a number of weeks. They obstruct vision for traffic turning in and out of Cumbrian Way, and take up some of the road width on the corner of Cumbrian Way so that left turning traffic cannot adequately turn if another vehicle is at the jnction. The barriers have now blown over. Very dangerous.

Empty bins are left out all week, 19th July

Wed, 19 Jul 2017 19:26:01 +0100

Empty bins are left out all week and every week until the evening or the collection day. These homes are next door and next but one to me, no-one else leaves bins out so long, these people even walk past the bins and still don't move them. My next door bin was put in front of my house so I moved it, placed in front of their gate, but they only moved to gain access to the house.

The trees opposite my house or damaging my property by broken branches and cherry seeds hiting and scratching and dinting my car which is costing me a lot of money to fix and is becoming a nuisance, 17th July

Mon, 17 Jul 2017 20:39:08 +0100

The tree has been a problem for years but 3 months ago a branch from the tree smashed my windscreen and I had to get it replaced and now no one can not park at that space which the space can hold 3 cars as everyone is scared that it might happen again and our street is a dead on and is already on tight parking as every house has at least 1 car and some times I have to park away from my house even though there is space under that tree but everyone is scared that a branch will fall as the trees are always braking branches and cherry seeds and it is also dangerous for my nephew as it can hit his head when being hit by the tree it needs to be cut down or the branches needs to be cut down as it is a safety risk and costing me money.

Tree growing at the bottom of Hillside Close has damaged my fence, 12th March

Sun, 12 Mar 2017 17:29:12 +0000

The cherry tree that overhangs my property has caused my concrete fence posts to bow and I've repaired the fence twice since I moved in 2 years ago. I would like it to be cut down or, if possible, removed completely to prevent the roots doing further damage. Fly tipping at the site hasn't helped matters, there is a lot of rubble also pushing against my fence which is causing more pressure.
