Litter between road and public footpath., 8th January
There is a large amount of litter between the road and along the footpath which I believe falls under national highways remit - highways were present last year cutting back foliage on the public path. Litter includes plastics, glass, discarded fencing, cables, and rubble.

Parked on pavement, 1st December
These cars and van are parked fully on the pavement, the van is on a corner making it hard to see on coming traffic , the road is narrow , the parking around here has got worse and worse, its about time it was monitored, a few of us on the street would like permit only parking ,to stop people just leaving there cars on our little cul-de-sac, the way the van and cars are parked would prevent emergency services getting passed , its the only entrance to our street . We have had letter sent to everyone over safe parking , but its not only our street people from up the road also park there , 1 familys adult children also park there even though they do not live there , sometime soon in this weather someone is going to get hurt

Access to public footpath blocked, 27th August
Where the M621 Birstall exit meets the new-build estate, vegetation managed by Highway's England has overgrown and is blocking access to a public footpath at the rear of the estate. Access is via St. Andrew's Place, Morley LS27 0GA.

Cats eyes are less visible than white lines, 16th August
Where the roadworks start on the Eastbound carriageway, there are cats eyes moving the lanes to the left. However the original white lines aren't blacked out properly. This means some drivers are following the cats eyes and some are following the white lines. It's causing near misses.

Traffic Hazard, 22nd May
On Brown Hill Road leading off Brookroyd Lane in Birstall, is full of potholes and its damaging my car.
Also I think there Should be a mirror put up on the Telegraph pole opposot my driveway (95 Brookroyd Lane) as its a blind corner as I edge out of my drive and ive nearly had cars speeding down and hit me.

M62 j27 westbound, 18th April
Please be advise roadworks finished 6 weeks ago but speed limit are still set to 50mph without reason just before j27 westbound on M62. Can you please solve problem because you can not see any highway workers since. Thanks you

Safe roadworks, 8th April
Between the M62 J27 and J28 there are roadworks marked out to move the 3 lanes 1 lane to the left, including the hard shoulder. In sunny or wet conditions, the green markers used are not visible and the white lines which have been blocked look like the correct lines. This is causing some people to use the green markers, and others to use the old blacked out white lines. This is causing a potential of crashes as a result as people are moving 1 lane left, while others cannot see the green markers and drift across lanes accidentally. This has caused a few near misses as a result of the unclear markings.

Unsafe Roadworks between M62 jct 28 & 27 Westbound, 16th March
Fast lane closed in this road works section. there are still 3 lanes of traffic, as cars are using the hard shoulder. At the end of the roadworks, cones force cars to move from the hard shoulder to the slow lane. All other lanes should also move across back to their normal lanes: Slow to middle, middle to fast etc. However, cats eyes and road markings have worn off, as a result, vehicles in the normal lanes fail to move across. As cars from the hard shoulder are forced across by cones they collide with vehicles in the adjacent lane that have failed to move. 50mph zone with very little time to react. 2 x accidents between a car and a lorry in the last week. Personally witnessed 2 near misses and experienced a 3rd one myself where a vehicle almost hit me. Please help!

B6124 Traffic lights only allow minimal car though., 8th March
The traffic lights on to Leeds Road are set incorrectly again, only allowing 3 car though at a time causing traffic to back up to lydgate school entrance, which is approx 3/4 of a mile at peak times. This started when they started resurfacing started on Leeds road. Please would it be possible to rectify this. Kind regards
