Deep pothole at the top of School Street, 4th April
There is a deep pothole at the point where you turn into School Street from Wheldon Road. Cars have no choice to go through it and because of its severity, will likely damage cars in the long run. It has been there for almost 6 months. The pictures taken show how deep the pothole is after heavy rainfall.

2 deep pot holes on bridge, left hand side, 31st January
These pot holes are dangerous on this blind bridge. I hit them today causing damage to both my front & back tyres at low speed. Limited foot path in the left. I pulled over straight away and went to Halfords where I needed two new tyres

Column 6 Brookfield Avenue out of light, 26th October
Column 6 on Brookfield Avenue is out of light and has been for some time. The rest of the street has been upgraded to LED lanterns which also seen inadequate and the street is rather dark. Column 6 hasn’t been upgraded and has the old style lantern on which is out of light.

77 Pontefract Road and 79 Pontefract Road bins overflowing., 17th October
77 Pontefract Road, Castleford is a HMO. No one takes responsibility for putting bins out. It's bin day today and bin is full and no one has put it out. The litter then blows all round the street, and food waste is attracting rats. I have seen a rat in my garden. Never have before. 79 Pontefract Road pile there household waste to the rear of their property on the road. Again, wind blows it around the street. The street is not their own personal recycling centre!
