Dropped paving slab on pavement amongst other uneven slabs - hazard, 26th April

Area to the front of Lighterage Court (possibly private land) which is the access route for the binstores., 26th April
The front of Lighterage Court has 2 binstore entrances, 1 at each end of the building. The cycleway works have blocked access to both binstores. The crews have not been able to empty the bins for a period of weeks. This has created a serious health hazard.
It also appears that the works have encroached onto private land which is part of Lighterage Court - please see the attached photograph and compare it to GIS records. This prevents bins from being moved along the front of the building to the access road.
Refuse & recycling collections are scheduled to take place every Monday & Wednesday, at any time between 7am and 5pm. The crews are not able to move bins more than 10m, so it is essential for the crews to be able to move the bins directly from the binstores to the road on these days. Adequate access arrangements must be restored immediately.

Cycle lane southbound Teesdale Gardens (Stop TE), 26th April
Significant amount of broken black glass in cycle lane directly adjacent to Teesdale Gardens (Stop TE) bus stop on south bound of Twickenham road causing cyclists to suddenly swerve into traffic lane to avoid leading to cars having to brake suddenly or avoid cyclists unpredictably. This has been present since 21st of April 2024.

Harlequin Avenue & Lots of Potholes, 25th April
Pictures attached from google maps to help identify locations.
Lots of potholes across all of Harlequin Avenue – Tarmac has worn away, you can clearly see the concrete hardcore exposed .
Also near the Sky Exit / Zebra crossing there is a massive dip near the drainage cover. No buses or vehicles use this section due to such a dip, everyone drives on the wrong side of the road to avoid section…… please can we get this section reviewed ASAP before an accident occurs …. Sky Staff are being thrown around in the buses.
We really hope one day Harlequin Avenue is resurfaced until then please can we have some spot fixed to avoid damage to our tyres, alloys, suspensions and people .
